The Boys Hope Girls Hope Pro./Am Golf Tournament has raised over $2.5 million dollars over its twenty-four year history, to support efforts to provide homes and a college preparatory education for bright children in-need who deserve a chance at a better life.

Each year up to 80 teams compete, including four amateurs and one professional, compete in both morning and afternoon sessions, on two courses.

Each playing entry includes dinner for two on Sunday, August 8, 2010; greens fees, carts, plus breakfast, lunch, and hors d'oeuvers the evening of the tournament.

Prizes are awarded to top six teams for each shotgun start and course. For more information about the tournament please call BHGH at: (513) 721-3380 and ask to speak with either Sharmaine McLaren or Ingrid O'Reilly.

One of the best prizes awarded during the tournament is a chance to play in the Lexus Champions for Charity Golf Tournament held every year in December. This prize includes an opportunity to play Pebble Beach, with links at Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill. The winners of this 54-hole tournament earn money for the charity they are representing.

Last year the Boys Hope Girls Hope representatives were two players from the Kroger team, Don Meyer and Rick Duncan. These amazing players came in 4th in the tournament, a win that yielded $8,000 in prize money for the Boys Hope Girls Hope Cincinnati charity.
